I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled

An Ordinance to amend the

Dangerous Goods Ordinance,

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the

Governor's Instructions,

and Reasons

The object of section 2 of this Ordinance is to include, in the definition of dangerous goods, certain goods which are not specified in section 4 of Ordinance 8 of 1893, and which it seems desirable to treat as dangerous goods.
